Carrie is a delight everytime I visit! I love her customer service, the food was good. After working at McDonald’s in the past, I’ve never seen a nice worker until now! The music is also good.

Uber Eats order came to us uncooked! 20 piece nuggets were raw! We couldn’t eat it!

Went to the drive thru to order. Got 10 piece nuggets and fries. Fries are cold and soggy. Asked for 1 BBQ and 1 Honey sauce. Looked in the bag before driving off and no honey sauce in bag at all. Asked lady at window and she would not give me the sauce until I handed her my bag back. On top of she had no gloves on and went all through my bag and pulled out the BBQ sauce and put Honey instead. Now I have no BBQ sauce. On top of my fries that were exposed were touched by an unclean hand. If the McDonald's is that hurt up over sauces then you need to figure out something. Absolutely unacceptable and will not return to this location. Never in my life have I been treated in such a way that you need to dig through my food bag over a simple pack of sauce. Not ok at all.

Absolutely the worst mcdonalds I have ever been too. Manager never helps, only argues and blames the customer. You probably have about a 30% chance of getting the correct order here and thats if you're lucky. What a great way to represent the company 👍 what a joke.

Was at the Warrenton Va. McDonald's 07/29/25 @ 11am got a couple kids meals nuggets and $5 mc chicken meal and a #3meal. To my surprise the $5 chicken meal with nuggets came with a surprise. Opened the nuggets and they were covered in ketchup with the wrapper still inside of the box and only 3 nuggets. What a joke. The person's at the windows both 1 and 2 weren't very pleasant like we were trouble getting our order. Don't think I will be visiting there anytime soon again. Wish I could post a picture 📸
