McDonald's

I went through the drive-through and I asked in the at the drive-through when I ordered my food if I could, please have fresh fries and fresh Because the last time I was there, I got a cold quarter pounder with cheese and lukewarm fries. First of all they came to the window with what was not hot or warm and then they said you’ll need to pull forward and they left me out there for 10 minutes after already waiting for five minutes then they gave me the food and I told the guy what is going on and I said who is the manager and he said I am and I explained to him what happened and he said I understand, sir have a good day and walked off. I will not be going to this place again my quarter pounder was lukewarm again my french fries were hot and only half full.

Apparently none of the McDonald's in this area are worth a crap. We went through drive thru and when we got our order they gave us the wrong sauce, didn't give us enough straws, and didn't put the cheese on my fiance's sandwich. When he went back in to get it fixed the employee and manager were very rude to him. McDonald's you need to get your employees under control and properly trained. This is ridiculous.

Ordered 2 McChickens a large Fry. A large coke. They had us pull over to the side. Nobody was in front or behind us. We waited for 8min before getting are food. Then sure enough we.open the bag there is only 1 McChicken. Will not go back to this location. This hashappened several times before.

This place is absolutely DISGUSTING! I will NEVER eat from here, again. This place shouldn't look like this on the inside! It's not that hard to be CLEAN. You guys need people there who actually CLEAN and get food ready because this is ridiculous! Whoever the manager is, you SUCK! lmao

The McDonald's in Chanute Kansas really is not great. The do not have a soda machine available in the lobby. They are for some reason so busy in the back the service in the lobby is poor. The term "fast food" is a misleading here. The service is not fast it is terribly slow. The trash cans were packed full of trash, the lobby not clean and why in the heck do they not have a soda dispenser available for dine in customers? Especially when you walk up to the counter and there is not a worker available to help you. We can go to a nice dine in restaurant and get better food, faster, and better service. And a better value. I would stake claim that the McDonald's is one of the worst places to eat in Chanute Kansas.
