Late night drive thru and ordered the bacon double quarter pounder with cheese meal 86 the pickles and I received 2 patties, cheese and a bottom bun. No top bun no bacon. Safe to say instead of just checking the bag I now have to open everything and check everything

usually this location is great when i go there, went for dinner today ordered a large fry and received less than a medium fry… i mean looking straight on at the fry container you couldn’t see a single fry and that’s straight out the bag.

The young guy that works here. He's a manager, comes up with a cashier, gets his food. Doesn't say I'll get help for the guest. Rude to my boyfriend and then get kicked out says, how after my son gets sick and they can't get the order right. I'm at any point's fingers in the face. He shall be fired. I would all you do to ask him. Ask the employees to we're the throw up was so no one slips, which is the right thing, any job would say, put a cone out if you ain't got the water made to clean up somewhere that threw up.I won't ever go in there.And I know a lot of people that you should not be putting hands in the real estate. More employees walking around talking than working, on a normal evening this ladies in the back are heard bickering in the back & talking about talking who isn’t there & who calls in on a regular base. I hate going to this location, but this is the most convenient location @ this time. Waited 25 minutes for a Snap-Wrap combo, & nobody was there when I walked in. Someone was even sleeping in the dirty lobby. This location @ 83rd in National is terrible!!!!!

This place has tanked recently. It was bad in 2020, improved in 2023, and now is back to dreadful. Twice this week I have ordered here -- the only car in line. Twice they have gotten the order wrong because the person taking the order has been goofing off instead of doing their job. You can hear it through the speaker and at the window. I ordered "a large number 1, with a Coke" (SEVEN WORDS!) and received a medium. Days later, I ordered "a big breakfast meal with hotcakes" (SIX WORDS). I get home: no hotcakes. In both cases, there was no one else at the drive-thru (I understand why!), my order was not confirmed on the screen or at the window, and I was not given a receipt. If you can't hire people with the competence to process a handful of simple words, then you may want to shut down sho
