This location need to seriously be assessed by the franchise headquarters. The terrible service and cold food being served is horrible. They need to figure out how to properly run a busy pick up location and hire the staff that is needed to do the job flawlessly otherwise they might as well close it and we go to the next town over. Enough is enough. FIGURE IT OUT!
Very clean McDonald's branch! The team worked quickly ,the order came fast, and the tables were clean. Even the washroom was clean (surprised, because usually it is not).
People that ordered after me were served before. E and I ordered a large mocha Frappe that was the size of a med soda. DO BETTER!
This is a well kept place, very clean. Staff is friendly and efficient. Compared to other McDonald's in CT, this is one of the best!
I want to make it clear that the manager, & employees at this McDonald’s are very kind and sweet people. Very good service to people they really seem to treat people with respect & kindness. Come to the Westport McDs! 🍔🥺🫶🏼
