WORST AND SMELLIEST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. You walk in and it smells like straight up drainage. Don’t ask the front cashier, white chubby girl with glasses for a favor. (She’ll act super busy and ignore you) . Mind you we were there for like 15 min waiting for 2 burgers…..wasn’t surprised tho. & Didn’t give me my milk with my kids meal either.

Ordered 2 McDoubles and 2 apple pies Received 1 McDouble and 2 cheesecake somethings guess too busy talking Gone are the days where a human being greets you with a smile and takes your order Called spoke to Mia the manager told me to return to store stood at register for 15 mins but if you’re not door dashing,using app,kiosk,or drive thru youre invisible If you’re not tech savvy or a millennial don’t waste your time go to a diner and you’ll get greeted with a smile! McDonald’s is too fast to acknowledge customers! It’s no longer a family restaurant!!!

The one star is only bc I couldn't put in zero.. our food and coffee were cold, the wait was ridiculous and we pre ordered, had to go in bc of how long we were waiting we found out they only had one of our coffees and again it was cold. My soda was flat. When we said something to the gentleman he said sorry don't know what to tell you. Had I had more time I would of cancelled the order. I will not be going back there

Stopped by this McDonald's location before heading back to NYC and noticed a sign stating the restaurant limits dining in to 30 minutes. Regardless, there was a good number of people utilizing the drive-thru and the dine-in area. My order was made using the kiosk and it was prepared correctly and quickly.

So bummed I forgot to grab her name since I was so tired, but there is a lady who works there on drive thru with dark rimmed glasses and was so incredibly nice and cheerful on a Saturday morning at 6am. She saw a kayak on my car and asked about my plans, and I just thought if more people were like her the world would be better place. I’ll get it next time and update the review.
