McDonald's

Sometimes there's no point to writing a review about a national fast-food restaurant, but here goes. McDonald's in general has moved to those awkward kiosks for ordering, so there are some locations where it is hard to find a live body at the counter. Remember the old counters? The ones that stretched the length of the dining room, had 10 registers and employees to match? This location has two and we were surprised that one of them was manned. After starting to order at the kiosk, and discovering that you couldn't even get chocolate milk as a kid meal option, we ordered directly at the counter. The employee was efficient, but seemed less than enthused about her work. She also delivered our food to us. It came as ordered. The food was hot and the burger was juicy. There are no longer self-s

I went in and waited for 10 minutes for my order and Seth was able to come out and help me with everything I needed. my food was cold by the time I got it and he was able to get me a fresh meal faster than the original meal. His customer service genuinely saved my experience. He is a hero.

Very nice staff. Came in around 5 o'clock. Got 2 qtr pounders, one with bacon. Everything seemed as if it had just been sitting for a long time in a warmer. They weren't busy, so I'm not sure why it's hard to get fresh made food. Maybe it's because they weren't busy. Who knows. But MCD is expensive now so I expect a little better.

Got a large fry for the monopoly game and someone had already ripped it off. Also waited 5-8 minutes for fresh something however it was absolutely not fresh. Had to put the fries in the air fryer when I got home and my house is literally 4 minutes from this McDonald’s. Not only did someone take that monopoly piece but I got cold food too. Do better!

Went in and a young man named Seth took my order. He was very kind and made sure any issues with the food were corrected with ease. Not the most sanitary place but the service was a 10/10!
