McDonald's

The mgr at Montvale Ave very sweet, polished and professional woman said she was from Guatemala. She helped us with our orders and had someone bring it to our table and was very pleasant when I asked some other questions. This McDonald's is great I tried to leave a message on the phone number on the receipt but as usual no one answers cuz franchise owners don't care. But the employees and managers always care. It shows because they always do a good job and they're well-trained and supervised. Top shelf six stars

The food is always fresh, hot, and made exactly right. The team works efficiently and maintains a high standard of quality and consistency. The service is outstanding ,the staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customers feel welcomed and valued. You can really tell there is strong leadership and great teamwork behind the scenes.

The food I received tasted great but I just didn’t expect to receive just a top side of the bun! That after a ten minute wait in the drive through. But the people were professional and I’m sure the job isn’t the easiest. I will give it another chance!

This place is a lifesaver. It opens late on Friday and Saturday nights specially after a long long night. Those fries at 2:30 AM it hits differently.

Overall, I’ve had a really good experience at this McDonald’s. The food is usually fresh, the fries come out hot most of the time, and my order is made correctly. The employees are generally polite and work hard, even during busy rush times. The dining area has been clean when I’ve visited, and the drive-thru moves at a decent pace. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes the wait can get a little long, especially during peak hours. But honestly, that’s expected anywhere when things get busy. I appreciate the consistency and the effort from the staff. It’s become a reliable spot for a quick meal with the kids, and we’ll continue coming back. 🍟😊
