I ORDERED 7 items and I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ONE OF MY Mcchicken and NON OF MY SAUCES. WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE WORKS AT MCDOLADS WHO CANT GET PEOPLES ORDER READY???? THIS PISSED ME OFF. I paid for 7 ITEMS AND DIDNT RECEIVE ALL OF THEM. THESE WORKERS ARE LAZY AND DONT PAY ATTENTION. I WANT A REFUND. MAKE SURE YOU GUYS CHECK AND MAKE SURE THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE GIVING YOU EVERYTHING EVEN IF YOU ARE HOLDING UP THE LINE.

🥞☕️🥞 The service and easy parking are definitely the highlights here, and the atmosphere feels more like a coffee shop, with people catching up on emails, reading, or just hanging out. But fair warning—don’t expect to have a quiet conversation, as the Latino music is always blaring.

No matter what time of day I order, whether I order over Grubhub, Uber Eats, drive thru, or at the counter, this location never gets the orders right. I have had orders come half filled. Complete meals missing. And I’ve had to drive there every time and yell at the managers for their obvious failure to train their employees. Just today I ordered off of Uber Eats just 3 meals. Not only did they forget AN ENTIRE HAPPY MEAL, they forgot the drinks for the meals they did pack. I’ve given up on this location. It should be shut down and every employee and manager fired. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

Bought my iced coffee using the app,asked to be buzzed in for restroom,was asked by teen cashier if I had purchased anything,that made me feel like I live on the street trying to use bathroom.then I filled out survey with same cashier for the buy one get one any sandwich I think they give me six Numbers like they always do a survey McDee voice then he says no it’s only four numbers and that’s not going to work. I told him it’s six numbers or whatever numbers it is and it’s correct so we finally got that worked out then my bill is with other stuff $12.51, I gave him $15.51 to get $3 back but he gives me $2.49

Terrible place! Lazy employees didn't change the receipt at the terminal, and he didn't give me a receipt. My money and bonuses were written off, but I couldn't pick up my order. They said it wasn't my name on it. Terrible place.
