McDonald's

Manager was rude and couldn’t even get anyone to help me. I couldn’t figure out how to use the kiosk. I told them that and they told me I don’t know what to tell you. You’re going to have to wait. So I waited. 25 minutes later I got someone to come up and ask me “what I want?” I asked to speak to the manager a lady came up and told me if I don’t like it I can go to Burger King. I left with no purchase and just a waste of time

Terrible service I would’ve recommended this place to my worst enemy. I saw a man collapse and not one worker cared he was bleeding from his head and the workers were laughing not taking it seriously, and didn’t bother to call 911 my friend had to call. The workers were only worried about the orders. I hope that man sues every single one of them and get them all fired.

All the women are rude , I asked for grape jelly she gives me another flavor then dismissively says there’s no grape jelly, baby this is McDonald’s order some?😂😂😂 Everyone ignores the customers in need terrible service, whole staffing is rude and calling out Spanish numbers to English customers. Makes no sense , place is nasty and nobody is wearing gloves🤍

How do you guys forget sauce all the time is the managers telling you stop giving out sauce? Like why eat nuggets without sauce? Why ask what sauce and you can’t even give it?

This McDonald's on Main Street in Worcester Massachusetts SUPER SUCKS because when I go there to order food they ignore me like I don't exist. They do that to everyone that goes in there, THEY'LL pass right by you.You can say excuse me I need help and they will ignore you like you're nothing. The people that goes to this McDonald's knows exactly what I'm talking about. I hate this place because they do not acknowledge the customers that are walking in, Some have attitudes. I understand that it can get busy but they have to acknowledge the people walking in to buy food they cannot ignore us like they always have done, that needs to change because it sucks how McDonald workers treat customers in there. I give this McDonald's on Main Street in Worcester Massachusetts two thumbs down and two t
