McKinley County_Gallup Public Health Office

Living outside the rural area surrounding Gallup I tried to call to verify the office for vital records would be open? The voicemail clearly stated time of business hours up to 5pm! When I get there the clerk is still sitting there but can’t help me because she closed at 3 pm and it’s 3:58. I explained to her I tried calling and what her voicemail states and the business on the website hours. False advertisement is what it reads she should have helped me clearly as it was their fault for not updating there web info and changing the voice message. Upset and disappointed especially since I live out of town.
