Meadowland Bar-B-Qued Chickens

Used to come here in the 80's, and the food was excellent then. Stopped in tonite for takeout mac n cheese....absolutely no taste whatsoever. If I could give it zero stars i would. Horrible....

Had food delivered by door dash and it was the wrong order Tried to call store no answer

Ordered a chicken n rib platter , dry no bbque sauce , ask for cajun rice got white rice , order extra sauce for 5.00 didnt get it , collard greens had zero taste , rice was white sticky rice , mac n cheese dry needs extra cheese n salt , 60.00 wasted .

I used go here but it seems like they like to serve their " kind " a better way. They have something against Latinos and white. One girl had a seizure at that place a year later she goes back to trys to order the brother recognized her because of some guy she was with last time. So He ignored her and keep talking to another brother at that place be careful what you eating.

I have been getting the pork rib platter from Meadowlane BBQ for years and it was good juicy & tender. Until today. First of all the price went up. from $12 to $15.96 with taxes. What a disappointment!!! The ribs were BURNT, almost crispy no juice no BBQ flavor. I had something that was supposed to be Mac & cheese and the cabbage was nondescript and tasteless. I did my very best to eat the very expensive platter, but could not. So I will be taking it back after work. I should have known that they were under new management because I was the ONLY customer in the store. Could I give 1/2 star??
