Medicaid Regional Office

I was treated inhumane at the Medicaid Regional Office in Meridian, MS. Molly Mitchell, in particular, displayed a bad attitude and poor customer service. She acted as if she did not want to be at work and treated me like a burden. Her lack of empathy and understanding was evident throughout our interaction. Additionally, I am a family member of Molly Moore, who also works at this office. Molly Moore discussed my personal business with other family members and even on social media, which is a clear violation of confidentiality and professional ethics. This behavior is unacceptable, especially from individuals in the human services field who are supposed to create environments of trust and understanding. I see alot of bad reviews. I just moved from TX to meridian and I was treated with respect and they were soo helpful..the lady at the window was very attentive and took all my info. Wasn't a long wait to see Molly Mitchell. She was wonderful,took her time with me and went over the application page by page.These fine people here do an excellent job. Thank you!

Worst staff. I have been sick for the past week now and no one in the office is able to switch my primary insurance to medicaid so I can pick my medicine up at CVS. I am getting sicker and sicker every day. I have left MULTIPLE messages for Savannah to get back to me. She never returns my calls. I would ask someone else to help me with the matter and no one seems to care to help. EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!

This office doesn't deserve the one star rating. Recertifications are yearly and every year somehow I never receive a letter in the mail from this office stating a date nor time that I need to come in and gets things done. This past year I finally received a letter from this office stating that me and my 3 children are no longer eligible for Medicaid health insurance due to the fact that I didn't come in on the date that was set up by a worker for me to get recertified. Two of my children are ADHD, and they both are on 3 different medications for that and let me tell u that these medicines aren't cheap at all. Just one of the medicines cost $389.99 for 30 pills and each child gets that same medicine. That's almost $800.00 just for 2 scripts. And that's not including the other 4 scripts t
