Mediterranean Gourmet

This is THE FRESHEST Mediterranean food location I've had the pleasure of eating at. The falafel is always extremely crispy and well cooked, the tabouleh is the best, and the hummus is insanely delectable! The spanakopita is a cheesy delight, and the salads are super fresh. Everything is made daily! Also Miguel is an amazing person, and he's incredibly passionate about making sure the food is the best it can be! Customer for life! 💪🔥

I have been going to the Mediterranean Gourmet for years and always found the food to be fresh and delicious. The team there is always pleasant and cordial. The hummus is great and my favorite item is the chickpea salad. With the exception of the stuffed grape leaves (Dolmades), everything is made fresh.

Customer service was really good. Ordered the kebab Greek salad and tzatziki sauce. Also a falafel. Kebab tasted like a seasoned burger. It was not that great. Had way better kebabs. Seasoning they use was kinda bland. The tzatziki sauce was more like sour cream dolled up. Not a fan. The hummus was a little gritty not bad but not good either. Middle ground. The falafel was very nice. Perfectly fried and very tender. Over all it was ok at best. Came back and got the spanakopita and it was horrible. The cheese wasn’t even cooked in.

If you like traditional Greek food, with quick food service, then you will like this place a lot! I am glad that they are there are the Altamonte Food court! Delicious chicken gyros, and my favorite are the falafel balls. I highly recommend this place for a quick bite at the mall!

I'm currently working as an ambassador in Altamonte mall and I'm trying to make my way through the whole food court! I love mediterranean food and was so excited to try this stand as I remember it being so good back in the day!The 1st thing I noticed is that the prices were astronomical for the amount of food that you get.I got a large wrap and a salad. The man gave me one little scoop of salad that i literally ate in 3 bites.. and the wrap tasted like something they had made the day before. This cost me $12!! The only reason it was good is because I love Mediterranean so I still devoured it. I will now continue to walk past this stand in the mall as I have had better food from other places at this point.🤷🏽‍♀️
