I recently called Melissa Castro’s tax and immigration office seeking help with an immigration document and tax preparation questions. What I encountered was shocking and unacceptable. The people answering the phones were rude, aggressive, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills. Don't even waste your time with this place. Only go if you have no other option, seriously. What an extremely unprofessional place. Half the staff doesn't even speak english(no offense to anyone that doesn't). But working in a profession like that and not speaking English, then being passed around to other people is so annoying. I had to call back many times because no one could even return a phone call. I had someone from the agency meet me to notarize papers and they could not even get out of their car. They had very little knowledge about what they were doing. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The receptionist Mary, is someone zero professional, she always has a bad attitude, she treats you the way she looks at you. First she looks you up and down in a judgmental way, and it's uncomfortable. It seems that any question you ask her, she answers you in a way that discourages you or reluctantly, as she is always right. I recommend Miss Castro to hire someone who likes her job and not someone who makes people not come back with her attitude.
