Mellow Mushroom Valdosta

We went to Mellow Mushroom tonight with the family to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We got a table right away and were greeted by our server, McKenzie, who was very sweet and friendly. She just gave us the biggest smile that totally made my day. She put up with everyone’s demands and brought our food out promptly. The food was excellent and the manager even came to our table to make sure everything was perfect. And it was! Thank you McKenzie for making our night great!

We loved the great happy hour specials and tasty gluten-free options. Portions were generous, and everything we ordered was delicious. Service was top-notch—big shoutout to Devon for being so friendly and attentive! We'll definitely be back next time we pass through! 🍕✨

Had a pleasant experience eating at this restaurant. The service was good! Our waitress was friendly and professional. The appetizers and pizza were delicious! Family friendly restaurant with bar. Had a variety of sports showing on the tv's to please customers. Definitely would recommend! 😁⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Was great till.we found a hair in our cheesy bread, told the waitress and all she did was remove the plate, lost half an appetizer. Pizza took well over thirty minutes to come out. Pizza was absolutely delicious though, worth the wait. Would have been nice to get refills on water and kids drinks though. Items were dropped off and waitress would run away.

Great food. An excellent gluten-free pizza if desired. Service could be great but seems poorly trained or managed—and this is after several consistent observations. Floors are usually dirty. Tables are clean. Almost all the booths are worn out, so ask for a table and chair or high-top. Some TLC would be a game changer, but we wi always come back because the pizza is fantastic every single time.
