Mellow Mushroom Wake Forest

First time trying this chain. Heard rave reviews from friends. The food was very delicious but not the best I’ve ever had. Service was not as bad as some places but also could improve. Our orders cane out at different times and some of our order was plain forgotten. Service was very friendly and courteous but could improve in other areas. A clean place and we did enjoy our meal. We would visit again.

The pizza is always fire 🔥. The chicken is so tender, so delicious, so undeniably irresistible. I take both types of hot sauce and cascade it over the chicken of the gods as the sauce runs over the pizza like a buffalo soldier in the heart of America

This review has been a long time coming but let me just say my first impression of this restaurant was absolutely phenomenal!! Not just because of my love for mushrooms but the overall vibe of this place. 🍄From the staff being super friendly, to the service being fast and efficient, I did not see one single thing wrong with this place. My boyfriend and I are from out of state so to experience something new like this was so cool! Both the drinks and food pair very well together. All the different flavors of the pizzas blending well together to the drinks being light and refreshing with a little kick if you decide to spike them. 😋 It makes you wish your stomach was big enough to try everything it’s that good! I have been going to this Mellow Mushroom for years. It is a great place to go with a group to watch sports and enjoy time with friends. The food is good and they have a good gluten free pizza.

Love the vibe here! Drink specials are great, bartender was friendly and professional. Cheesy bread was cooked to perfection. Parking is a little rough and depending on time of day traffic gets kinda backed up. Great place to eat, drink, and watch the game. I think it’s awesome you can see them making the pizza through a glass window. Probably gonna be a weekly stop here for sure!
