As soon as you walk in you feel that home, cozy vibe - very authentic. I had rice & peas, delicious flavor, some oxtail, tender and savoryyyy and some curry chicken too, it had a nice kick to it and it was so savory 100% recommend- will be back 👏

I honestly don’t know why this place was not packed. I’m in New York for three days and I’ve gone all 2/3 days. The food is plentiful, hot and taste great. 100/10, I would recommend. Sorrell is really good and not too heavy on the ginger.

This place has amazing Jamaican food! We have tried the mild beef patties, oxtail, jerk chicken and chicken curry. The meals come with a cabbage- vegetable blend and fried plantains. The owner gives so much food and is very friendly, but the food is so flavorful, hot and delicious! We come back here a few times a month. I especially recommend the oxtail- it’s like a party in your mouth with all the delicious spices!

It seemed a popular local restaurant. We were visiting from another state, and arrived after 8pm. There was one patron before us, and two more after us. For late dinner, we could choose large or medium box of four different entrees. Jerk chicken brown stew was our best choice. Jerk chicken was special and delicious itself, but we did not like the sauce on it. Chicken curry was very tasty. Oxtail was cooked thoughtfully and in a strong sauce. There were about 20+ seats inside.

If i can give this place zero stars i will. I ordered off of there website and they never delivered it now it says they are closed my thing is if your not going to look at your ordered don't offer delivery so i'm going to keep calling until they process my refund it's no way i'm letting them keep $60 worth of good that they didn't order that's ridiculous and it's sad because their food is really good but that's crazy i didn't even know it said temporarily closed
