Melting Pot

Wonderful dining experience!!! Booths are very private and Grace the server was fantastic!!! The 4 course meal was delicious, but I would definitely come back for Cheese and chocolate! Great place to bring anyone from Date Night to a little one that likes to cook !

We came in on Valentine’s Day and it was our first time at the Melting Pot. Hannah was our server and she was very attentive and personable. Gave us suggestions for drinks and meal choices and they were spot on. When we come back we will definitely be requesting her!

We had birthday lunch at the Melting Pot in Buffalo- everything was delicious but the chocolate in the dessert portion of our lunch was next level- highly recommend the candy bar option. We both agreed that we were not going to wait for a special occasion to go back for the chocolate fondue! Our server Tommy was very attentive and engaging- overall great afternoon!

We celebrated our wedding dinner here with our families and both the food and customer service were above and beyond! Jim, the owner, set us up with our own private dining room and three burners for our fondue pots. He came around to check on us a lot and checked our burner, which we really appreciated! Our waitress, Savannah, was absolutely amazing! She made sure we each got lots of fondue pots, kept track of who wanted what (fondue, broth and food-wise) and was super kind, attentive and just an absolute gem. There were 11 of us so the orders were understandably complicated, and she did a flawless job making sure everything went smoothly. I took my mom here for her first fondue experience.. The food was incredible, The atmosphere was a delight, but our server, Jory, was what made the experience something special! JORY was such a great server. She was super helpful, very attentive, kind, hard-working and genuinely enjoyed her job and making us feel welcome and at home.
