He didn’t just check in—he genuinely took time to talk with us, explain different aspects of the restaurant, and even showed us fun features like the photo booth. My husband and I celebrated our 6-year wedding anniversary here tonight, and it was absolutely wonderful! 🥂 It was our first time at The Melting Pot, and the whole experience was so special; from the cozy atmosphere to the friendly staff who made us feel celebrated. Our waiter, Chadwick, was amazing; so nice, helpful, and fun to chat with in between food changeouts! He really made the evening even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and we had such a great time trying all the different courses together. Everything was perfectly timed and beautifully presented. We left full, happy, and already planning to come back again soon! Highly recommend for a date night or any special occasion. 💕

I wanted to leave a review specifically to highlight Maya. She provided some of the best service I’ve had in a long time. She was professional, extremely helpful with all our questions, and had a great personality. She made a fun experience even better. We’re so glad she was our waitress—she’s a massive asset to the team!

We had a Valentine’s Day reservation at The Melting Pot, and it turned into one of the most unforgettable nights of my life - my boyfriend of 4 years proposed to me there, and the entire team made our engagement night truly magical. It was my fiancé’s first time at The Melting Pot, and despite how busy Valentine’s Day was, we never once felt rushed. The manager, Tom, personally checked on us and made sure we could stay longer than the allotted time so we could fully soak in the moment. There was no pressure, no hovering - they genuinely let us be present and enjoy such a special milestone together. That meant more to me than I can express. Came here to celebrate our anniversary and it was a great experience. Oscar was an amazing sever and was so sweet, attentive, and informative. The food was great, and there’s so many options available. This is a unique and intimate date night and the atmosphere is cute.
