I called and asked if they served Ethiopian cuisine. The person did not speak English, couldn't help me at all. He kept mumbling, "No...Tuesday, Wednesday. " Needless to say, I'm never buying anything there.

I like their enjera, but the customer service pushed me away from going there. Don't expect Selam or a Smiley face if you go there.
I’m a regular customer who would frequently buy their bread and injera. Their customer Service was a 0. The lady of the store was awfully rude with a huge attitude.Although the two men who works there is very respectful. I do not suggest you buying from this store.
