Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Drove 30 minutes to get allergy free fro yo. Said online that there was two gluten free(made with oat milk), nut free, fruit free flavors; vanilla and chocolate. Got there and nothing. Lady was extremely rude when i interrupted her on her phone to ask where the flavors were.

We were very dissatisfied with our recent visit. We arrived an hour before closing only to find that less than 50% of the flavors were available, and the main dining area was closed, with tables turned upside down. This left a considerable number of customers standing in line on a warm summer evening with no seating options. To add to our disappointment, approximately 40 minutes before closing, staff removed the spoons from the toppings containers, which was quite frustrating. This is not the first time this had happened at this location, and I see that others have had similar comments in their reviews. I believe management should make some changes. We will not be returning.

In one word it “sucks” the toppings sucked and the yogurt sucked and the fruit tasted off. Don’t waste your time or money. You would be better off buying generic ice cream and a bag of expired candy and then letting them all melt together into soup and that would probably taste better.

This was my first time ever at a frozen yogurt place. I am not a big yogurt fan, but with all the topping options it was like eating soft ice cream. I loved my mix of vanilla + milk chocolate yogurts with various cookie, strawberry, cheesecake, and fudge toppings. Delicious! Would definitely return! Note: they offered one vegan "yogurt" option, which was pineapple.

The girl Reina was so helpful, the place was spotless and so organized, easy access to everything she explained all the flavors to me, great experience at menchies!! Will be back!
