AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Both yogurts were spoiled, and the staff insisted that’s how it’s supposed to taste. Then they shut the door on us, saying they were closing. Unbelievable! I almost gave this to my 2-year-old — thank goodness I tasted it first.

Pass this shop almost daily as I get on 295. Decided I’d pop in one day as I was craving frozen yogurt. My go to anywhere is always the tart, which was excellent. The chocolate was good but ran melted right out of the machine. Third flavor was birthday cake, and tasted nothing like birthday cake. I didn’t get a lot, bc I just needed a hit to get rid of the craving, but it’s definitely pricey. The rainbow sprinkles were also not fresh. The spoon was very cute!

Going here was a horrible experience. Aside from the fact that it’s inside a subway and smelled like vinegar and mayo, the worker had no idea how to use the POS system after leaving the store unattended the entire time we were getting our yogurt. She then rang us up with a preexisting order in the cart and ended up charging us double. $26 for two yogurts!! We went back in and asked for an itemized receipt which she was unable to provide and continued to argue with us over the price. The yogurt was also quite unappetizing and sour, after the stench and frustration I was over the entire experience. Will not be returning and you should look into hiring a better staff!!!

After having dinner across the street, our niece wanted dessert, so we decided to check out Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt. My wife and I got the original tart, and our niece chose strawberry and mango. While we were grabbing spoons, my wife noticed a fly inside the spoon holder and mentioned it to our niece. One of the employees overheard us and gave a bit of attitude, saying we could just grab another spoon. We didn’t think much of it — it was close to closing time, and we figured she was just tired and ready to go home. After paying, we went to the car to enjoy our yogurt, but both mine and our niece’s tasted really off — kind of spoiled or moldy. Without a doubt the worst experience! They say they close at 10 pm and I arrived at 9:19 pm and they were already ‘closed’ even after I drove an hour just to enjoy Menchie’s! Don’t go to this place!
