Menchie's Frozen Yogurt Doral

I usually visit Menchie’s every week. Stifany, one of the workers is phenomenal! Every time I visit, she greets me with a smile.

My favorite Yogurt ice cream in Doral! I went here on Tuesday afternoon with my friend for ice I was surprised with plenty tables inside and outside! They have more than 10 flavors that day, they were introducing the Xmas ice cream flavors I tried the Eggnog and it was delicious 😋 also tried Nutella and Dulce de Leche that were amazing too! You can taste is real yogurt Ice cream not fatty at all! After serving my ice cream flavors we went to the toppings are that was actually my favorite part 🤤 they had approximately 40 toppings! It was so nice Service because At the very moment they haven’t had my favorite that is heath bar but one of the guys run for it and gave me some 🙃 I was so happy 😁 😄 The service is beyond 5 starts! Awful Service. My cup turned and spilled yogurt and toppings on the scale, i had to pick it up and put it back into my cup on the risk of cross contamination and the employee gave me a filthy rag to clean the scale myself, no intentions to help me whatsoever. I picked up what i could, paid and left the place. Never again. The employees are young, inexperienced and untrained for proper customer service. No adult/owner supervision at all. Terrible place. Never again!

Great place! Lots of flavors selection. The place is very clean, the atmosphere is very juvenile and the staff super friendly. Excellent place to take your date to have a nice desert or your kids to have a wonderful time. We tasted the chocolate and plain tart, the flavor was exquisite, and best thing above all, low on sugar.

Yummy yummy!!! Delicious yogurt ice cream ... you can combine flavors you live with fruit and syrup of your preference... I obviously asked for Nutella syrup and melocotón and coco top !!! 100% recommended!!!
