Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Flavors have been the same for a while, but I get that since it’s a smaller location. The toppings are all good, great selection. My only complaint is that when you go to pay, they ask for a tip, and the first amount is 25%. What exactly needs tipping? The staff are nice but they aren’t servers, so they don’t need to rely off of a tip. Having 25% as the first option for a tip, hoping someone won’t notice is pretty gross.

I was almost embarrassed when I went to Menchie's today. There were 2 people there when I arrived: one standing behind the counter and one sitting down talking to the one behind the counter. I attempted to get yogurt but saw how nasty the overflow trays were. I've seen it almost like this before when the same employee was there. I almost vomited because that's what the overflow trays looked like. I went to get my phone and told the employee that I would post the photos. I love Menchie's and go there several days each week. Now I'm turned off. I hope they fix this problem soon

I love menchies! Not only are they owned by someone that is very kind, but they also love to support the community and offer amazing cakes, which I didn’t know they had! They can do custom prints and designs on them as well. I love to come here after dinner with my husband. Sometimes they swap out some flavors and my husband loves the dole pineapple flavor. It reminds us of our trip to Hawaii!

Super friendly staff, always great place to stop for frozen yogurt. This location is always very clean. Highly recommend!

Love coming here! They usually have 2–3 dairy-free options and rotate flavors monthly, which is perfect for enjoying a treat with my kids who have dairy allergies. We especially loved the taro flavor, would love to see that one back in the rotation! A dairy-free chocolate topping would be a great addition too 🍦🍨
