Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

This ice cream is terrible. It tastes bad and seems spoiled. I tried to tell the person who works here, but they didn't seem to care. Customer service at this place is awful; the ice cream tastes old and bitter. I don't understand how anyone can expect to eat this. It deserves 0 stars.

Visited today with my niece in hopes of picking up her birthday cake and treats for the rest of the family. We were very rudely received by the young lady who informed us my Merced’s service dog for her visual impairment could not come in. We explained that he was a service dog and the young lady vaguely pointed to a sign on the door and stated something about the dog, not being able to come in. Again we explained he was a service dog and she told us we would have to eat outside. We were so confused and dumbfounded by the fact that this person running the store had no training, basic knowledge or understanding of the rides and compliance regarding service animals. She rolled her eyes and proceeding to charge me for the cake, unwillingness to get further guidance from a manager or owner. Th

Tried them for the first time today for a walk in to go order. They had about a dozen base frozen yogurt flavors with a number of toppings ranging from chopped or crushed cookie and candy bits, to fresh fruit, Brownies, cakes and the like. Also a few sauce toppings as well. Service was ok but not overly helpful. I found from my visit the way it works is you choose a cup size, a yogurt flavor, choose your toppings, and then pay by weight. I found them to be tasty and reasonably priced with a generous amount of customization options to give pretty much everyone a choice of something they would enjoy. Note: also vegan options, including a couple sorbet flavors and a rocky road made with almond milk, which is not my favorite alternative milk choice, but made for a good option for my girlfr

Menchie's Ice Cream is a personal favorite of mine. Their self-serve concept allows customers to create their own unique ice cream creations, while the quality of their ice cream is exceptional. The friendly staff and inviting atmosphere make Menchie's a must-visit for ice cream lovers. Give it a try – you won't be disappointed!

Always fun, always delicious! My kids love coming up with unique ice concoctions. I appreciate the vegan options as well. We always end the visit with some Connect Four on their outdoor patio.
