Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt Valley Ranch

Went to this place because I was craving some frozen yogurt. When I got there, I got my favorite flavor (chocolate) and was excited to put my favorite toppings but to my disappointment almost all topping containers were empty. There were no strawberries, no cheesecake bits, nothing. I had to put kiwis and brownie bits simply so I didn’t have the chocolate yogurt alone. The workers chose to replace one of the empty containers yet left the rest empty?? The place was also dirty and there was smashed fruit on the floor. The workers were just standing there doing nothing. Won’t be coming here again. Attached is a picture of my sad frozen yogurt.

The establishment has not been here long, but it was not clean at all. The countertops, walls, and trash can were not clean. The yogurt in the machine was not all the way frozen.

The tip screen got skipped by the employee twice with a 18% tip. They are automatically tipping themselves!!!! I call that stealing!

Love the yogurt, but they had a buy one get one half off and the tubs where half full.

Teenage staff very rude mouthing back to customers. Not happy with this store. Both girls were laughing at customers making fun of them very unprofessional .. definately need retraining .. on customer service. .. overcharging customers on top of it .. was definately being bullies ..
