Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

I had such a great time with my family at menchies last sunday, hanna the blue haired girl was so kind and patient with my children who kept asking her 30 questions a minute lol! we ended up serving ourselves ice cream and having hanna recommend us toppings! totally recommend this spot for families.

First time coming to this location (New years day). The lady that helped me was so friendly and helpful. The froyo was delicious and I will definitely be returning!

I’ve been coming here for years — it used to be my son’s favorite spot, but the quality has gone way down. Today was the worst: half the yogurt flavors were missing, toppings were almost empty, and no peanut butter or chocolate sauce. The staff seemed totally untrained and careless. The girl at the register didn’t even put a spoon in our yogurt when we paid. Hopefully they fix this place one day, because it’s really a shame.

Had a amazing Time here with muy family. Everything is clean and the enviroment Is lovely. Also More points to this location for having kosher ingredients

Yogurt wasn’t that good, not all the flavors were ready, and finally, not to mention the employee working yesterday evening was on the phone the entire time. She didn’t greet me; the girl had blue hair and was super unfriendly.
