Customer Reviews
We don’t typically leave negative reviews, but unfortunately our recent experience was disappointing from start to finish. My husband made reservations two days in advance over the phone, but when we arrived, there was no record of it. We were seated in the back, which wasn’t ideal but we tried to remain understanding. We started with the gator bites ($15.99), and were surprised by the very small portion — mostly crumbs with just a few small pieces. It did not feel representative of the price. After waiting a little over an hour for our entrées, my Cajun Buffalo shrimp arrived. The flavor was very good, the portion was generous, and the price felt fair for what I received. However, my husband ordered the ½ lb crab legs, ½ lb shrimp, and fish bucket ($39.99), and unfortunately that dish
This was our first visit to this restaurant, and we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional quality of the food. Living in Linden, my wife has a particular fondness for seafood, so we were excited to explore the menu. Our server, Dawn, provided outstanding service; she was attentive and took the time to answer all our questions with great knowledge and enthusiasm. Her recommendations were absolutely perfect, especially the gumbo, which was rich and flavorful, filled with delicious seafood and spices. We truly enjoyed every bite!
We have been here several times and it’s always on point! We don’t live nearby but will make the drive for the great food and reasonable pricing for the crab legs my kids beg for! I had the prime rib and baked potato, it’s was cooked to perfection served on a cutting board because it is so large! My husband had the crawfish julie and the gumbo! The server suggested we try a cup of each because we couldn’t decide, it was the basically the same price as just getting one bowl, but we got to try both:) and both were amazing! Our server was Crystal, she was absolutely amazing! She kept our drinks filled and brought everything we could have possibly needed before we knew we needed it! Such a gem and worth the drive!
This was my 2nd time here and it's still overpriced. Daughter got the mac & blue crab ~ $18 granted it may have 5 different cheeses but otherwise very bland. I got the shrimp & grits it was okay. Shrimp was awesome good but the grits soso, our instant home is better. A hair was found in our food which we didn't raise a stink about but our waitress did see it & offered us another dish, we refused, she took it off our ticket and brought us a to die for chocolate mouse cake.
Brook our server was amazing and so friendly. Made the perfect recommendation for me. Best meal I have had while visiting Tennessee. Very clean and wonderful service. I had the kiss my shrimp and grits and lived it
