Merchants Wood Fired Pizza & Bistro

I liked this place. I've been meaning to check it out and was glad i did. I took my 16 year old daughter out for a rather quick and light dinner on a whim last Friday. It was a gorgeous night in June around 6:30 pm. The parking lot was full so I parked on the side street for free about a 1/2 block away. Outside seating was full and some larger parties had about a 10-15 min wait for inside but a table for two was ready so we took it inside. It was pretty busy but noise level was not an issue. Several servers were moving around at good speed and they all looked like they knew what they were doing. A perfect early evening on the patio under the vines! My group of 3 each enjoyed a speciality cocktail and meals! Pizza definitely can be shared but reheats nicely in the air fryer.

We was looking for wood fire pizza spots and chose this place and couldn't be happy with our decision. Delicious crisp pizza amd cooked to perfection chicken parm. Excellent service from our waitress Suzie!! She was very attentive and welcoming. We will return

We had gluten free pasta with sausage and the chicken parmesan. Medium price range for the food, good wine and excellent service. The restaurant was busy but not packed and we were able to dine in without a reservation. I saw several people I know picking up take out, all quite happy.

Lovely place with a great atmosphere perfect for families. The food is amazing ALL OF IT, all homemade with service with a smile. Highly recommend this place! Also offers private events, such as baby showers, bridal showers. We even hosted a small casual wedding.
