Methuen Transfer Station

High praise for the workers here, but you have to do something about updating your hours of operation. Second time in a week I’ve tried to come out and it’s been closed. Both times earlier than listed here.

100% Recommend going here it's probably the best place to find stuff that people throw out and don't use anymore love this area, you should too!

Hello again, I was there today, 11 / 4 / 23 and there was a woman named Stephanie. So pleasant and nice to deal with. Still doing her job and knowledge of what's acceptable to bring in. Other than that other girl who works there occasionally, which is a horror to deal with. I think she was probably in the service at some point. But you don't treat customers in a manner as if you are in the military. She's like a drill Sargent lol. Not a place for her to be working there. Unless she can change her attitude and be more human. But all in all it was easy and pleasant while Stephanie was there today. Also there's an older gentleman that I've seen working there before and he's pretty pleasant as well.

Friendly and very helpful staff

The lady was so rude and horrible customer service. She called the police on me and my father for asking to speak to her manager. She admits on the video that we never disrespected her or made any threats of any form towards her. We are Methuen home owners and extremely disappointed in the City for licensing these horrible people.
