I reported incidents involving hate-based harassment and misconduct connected to my workplace, and the Watertown Police Department refused to make arrests or take meaningful enforcement action. Despite providing information and explaining the seriousness of the situation, I was repeatedly told that the department was overworked and underfunded. While staffing and funding challenges may exist, those explanations do not justify failing to properly investigate or respond to reported crimes—particularly when civil rights and personal safety are involved. I literally been having so many issues with my landlord situation and they going to sit here and tell me get a camera and put it in your apartment.
