This company is by far the most unorganized I’ve ever had to deal with. I discovered that they put liens of a couple of my properties. Ok my fault for not paying attention but when it comes to making payments, negotiations, getting proof of payment and removing liens they take their sweet time. They don’t send out payment confirmation emails they mail them. I’m in the middle of refinancing a properties is it has been held up for over 60 days because of this situation, eventhough I made a payment immediately after discovering that some of my properties had overdue statements. This situation has cost me thousands and has deterred me from wanting to continue in investing in St. Louis City. Let’s also talk about how unhelpful and useless there basic customer service employees. This company is

When I moved into my house in 2011 my sewer bill was $18 a month with 4 people living there, in 2026 it is now $61 a month with 2 people living there. An increase of 239% or 8.5% year over year, however it has gone up significantly since the beginning of 2025. It is genuinely unaffordable now.

This is actually quite concerning. The billing department phone line has been down for 4 days. All of the customers trying to cancel their account cannot. The maintenance department cannot get ahold of the billing department because it is a 3rd party company and their system is down. So my question is how does a billion dollar company operate like this? Why can no one in maintenance give me any answers or ask a higher up or supervisor to find said answers? This company has a monopoly stronghold and cannot be checked!

I was told by the supervisor I would probably have to go to the news media to get this resolved. I have found this company to be dishonest in their dealings concerning MSD. Gusdorf in conjunction with MSD are liars and thieves how can they refuse to give me a detailed printout of any accounts I owe especially since I've paid them in full. The supervisor Ms Jay and the other teller stated they can't tell me if nor what my balance is even though it shows I've paid all msd alledged charges. It is as crazy as it sounds. If I owe you why can't you prove it. After being traumized by the May 16 tornado, illegal squatters in the city burining down vacant buildings, stealing and robbing the local homeowners and doing every horrible things they want. Then the city is strongarm robbing people

Metropolitan St. Louis sewer District took our payment out of our checking account eight times in one day leaving us over $300 short for our monthly bills. When I reached out to them, they told me nothing could be done for 30 days. I need you to call back in 30 days and request a refund for the difference of what the payment should’ve been and what they mistakenly removed from our account. after waiting patiently for the 30 days, I called them today. The first call was disconnected. As soon as the representative picked up the second call I was put on hold and no one ever came back on the line. The third call. I actually reached someone who said that I would have a refund in three weeks seven weeks from the time of their mistake is not an acceptable situation for me. this is the worst custo
