Customer Reviews
I hate giving a bad review like this but if I'm being completely honest, my visit was pretty lackluster over all. Aside from the busser who initially brought out our chips and salsa, the service was very slow from start to finish. Drinks we ordered were forgotten and while the queso appetizer came out quick, the entrees took over 45 minutes to arrive. I wish I could say the food was good but sadly... (At least the menu is reasonably priced) I don't want to trash on the place because every staff member we interacted with were super nice, polite, and apologetic for a few of the snafus and I wish them all the best. Maybe it was a bad day all around, but I don't think I'll be returning any time soon.
We used to be regulars for the location on South Hulen of Ft. Worth. Why? Because the menu has greater variety. And, the service plus food was very good. We also frequented on Monday evenings. No special reason but the bartender truly listened to the patron on how to make a skinny margarita WITHOUT orange juice. Any way, we are done. Asked for the manager. Never showed up. Fella who sat us had no personality and no responses to our requests. Almost like he had ear buds. Again, we are done. Too many superior restaurants to experience that again.
I wish other Mexican inn restaurants were this clean and friendly! Let face it we all come for those chips and tortillas though!!! The food was great, hot, and fresh! The decor is clean and fun to look at! Our server was on point. This location is the best one in Fort Worth!
went in and had a fabulous server named Carmen that gave us exponential service. She was very sweet and quick. hostess even opened the door for us on our way out and was so kind to share our server’s name and the food was delicious at a great price would definitely recommend going there and sitting with Carmen.
We went in middle of the afternoon, so it wasn't busy. The wait staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had a house margarita and the brisket enchiladas (with an added scoop of guacamole), and both were so delicious! The salsa is some of the best I've had at a Mexican restaurant, and the chips were pretty good too. Our table had no complaints.
