Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant

The staff is very friendly. Should communicate to guests to pay upfront at the desk rather than waiting at the table. Food is subpar. Presentation is nice. The restaurant feels old and outdated. Not much energy from the staff. Chips were cold. Salsa tasted like it was store bought. Decor needs an upgrade as well as signage. Bathrooms are very old and nasty. Beer kegs sitting in hallway floor next to bathrooms. The green to go shelf in the front looks lack luster and not much thought put into it. Most likely will not come back to this place unless changes happen.

Can I give more than 5? I love this place. We order maybe twice a month from here because it’s so good, and I don’t enjoy getting food out. Even the delivery system on their website is fantastic. Food is always great, and they accommodate for my food allergies with the best attention to detail! Definitely recommend either going, or ordering out!

Chips were old, hard, and not warm. Ordered beef and bean burrito. Burrito had a small smear of beans on the inside of the tortilla. Reported to young female waitress who pointed to the open burrito and told me 'that's beans' and the said 'that's how much they put'. Charged $1.25 for about 15 ml of hot salsa on the side. Then our separate tabs had my items mixed with my sister's items on both tabs. Won't be going back. Similar service before. Same restaurant in Lexington is way better. Never a problem there. Going there next time.

My friend and I ate here this past weekend. The food was delicious, our waiter Yahri was very nice and attentive soon as we were seated. We made a special drink request and Lucy nailed it! I will definitely be coming back. Excellent customer service 10/10

Quick food and did the trick during a lunch break. The food and drinks didn’t exceed my expectations, but the portions were good and the service was fast. Nice open seating with lots of room, and the frozen daiquiri was quite good. Great place to cool down on a hot day and enjoy a frozen drink. Also recommend the chicken Peluza, which is a better version of the usual ACP
