Mi Pueblito Bakery

I absolutely love this little bakery! The cakes, postres, and treats are so good! They are visually so pretty and large portioned as well! I love to stop in here for any of our sweet tooth needs and for some delicious sweet breads! They have a small refrigerator with milks and cheeses where I can find my favorite cream and Oaxaca cheese! The prices for their cakes are absolutely awesome! You get a much more personalized feeling than if you were to pick one up at a random grocery store. The people here are so kind! I love the opportunities to practice my Spanish and they are always welcoming! I’ve been to places who would ignore me for trying to speak Spanish without being Hispanic. But this place is not like that at all! They also do some hot foods and have a little coffee bar set up! So

Disappointing sums up my purchase today. It's the first visit in probably a year or more. The eclairs were old as the dough was VERY hard and the chocolate on top almost completely crumbled off. The carrot cake seemed a little old as well. Taste was OK and tossed it after a couple bites. Not worth the calories! We most likely won't return. 😕

I’m a big fan of tres leches and for my birthday I requested a tres leches cake from this establishment. First, the employees seemed like they didn’t want to serve me. I came across friendly where there wasn’t need to be rude to me. Secondly, I bought the cake and I was asked if I wanted my name added to the front. I agreed. My total went from $25 to $75 and they sloppily put my name on there. The two women at the front register looked at each other sneakily while ringing up my items. I don’t recommend this place to anyone ever since that happened.

The staff Ashly Noemí The other girl forgot the name is very friendly and efficient, always willing to help, and their desserts are very delicious, such as the tortas de polllo cake or tamales, and I prefer them, as well as the cakes for parties, at a very affordable price.

I am so happy to have this bakery just down the road. Always a winner! A great selection of cakes, cookies, treats, pastries, breads, cheeses, and other handy food items. Yum!
