Almost like a dive bar, everyone soooooo friendly & helpful if you aren't from the area. Shout out to the bartender Asia, I hope you find your dream home! Decent prices, might go back for the chicken parm. Everyone said its HUUUUUGE

I had a very well-rounded 4-star experience at Michaels Restaurant. The food and atmosphere were the clear standouts, with the meal earning 4 stars and the environment providing a wonderful 4-star backdrop. The service was solid and met expectations at 3 stars, resulting in a consistently high-quality visit.

I want to give a big shout out and thank you to Elise, who was our waitress 2 nights in a row. We were a large group of 11 and her positive “can do” attitude was fantastic and her service was outstanding. Nothing was a problem. Drinks were fast to arrive, our food order was always correct and delicious and Elise was a pleasure. Thank you Michael’s and the whole staff.

The kids meals are $16 and they are the size of an adult burger! How is a 5 year old to finish all that? They charge $10!! God forbid you want to share your food with your wife! The food was disgusting. The sword fish tasted like low tide at the pier. If it taste fishy it's not fresh. The kids steak was tough and not great. The french onion soup was good. The menu options are very limited. Not many choices at all. $12 for garlic bread? Come on. The table next to us didn't finish any of their food and left it all there. I should have known this place was bad when there was no one there but us and one other table. Never again.

Would love to have recommended this place because it is in a great town but between the service and one of our entrees being inedible I need to share my experience. Clam chowder was good, salad had to be asked for and finally came right before the meals but was fresh and good size with homemade dressing. Sesame encrusted salmon dry but "ok" with the included side of Thai marinade. The clams and linguine were made with what appears to be dehydrated clams that were chewy and without taste, Included were about 8 of the smallest fresh clams in the shell. I was too concerned about the dish but the waitress never came back to check on us. I ended up sharing the salmon with my wife and had to go to the hostess to pay and she was nice to take the clams entree off.
