Very friendly and consistent service. Sushi is top notch. The Chinese menu has all the staples. We frequently enjoy the dumplings and they will steam on request.

Michi sushi cafe is a hidden gem in west chester. Located right next to acme, I usually find myself ordering take out from this restaurant during lunch. They usually have the most amazing deals while still being good quality food! I hope they never change their great deals. This time though I decided to come in for lunch and try something new! Our waitress was very nice and got our waters very fast. Our food arrived in a timely manner. I ordered the chicken curry with white rice bento box lunch special. It comes with tempura vegetables, shumai, and a four piece California roll. The tempura vegetables were fried perfectly. The shumai was equally crispy and was one of my favorites! We've been customers for many years, and the food is usually good. Last night, it was not. We phoned in an order to go: Sesame Chicken Combo Dinner. The chicken was totally OVER COOKED, and difficult to eat. It had to be cut up in smaller pieces just to chew it. Also, it didn't have enough sauce. It was dry. Plus the the egg roll was too small and also over cooked. Finally, the woman who waited on me out front was unfriendly, walked away without offering a receipt (I asked her to return and give me one). I asked for special mustard, and she said, "Only in packets," didn't give me any, and rushed back to the kitchen.

Great costumer service and definitely one of the best sushi’s I’ve had!!! Been looking for a good place for a while now and now that I know about this restaurant I will always order from them.

The food order was on time, the order was correct! The food was hot - always a plus! The kids and I loved it! Definitely will order again!
