Michoacana Ice Cream Shop

I came here because I had a coupon for half off which they wouldn’t redeem- which is fine, as long as they take care of it. However, they advertise online that they can do the soursop flavor for their mangoneadas, but i was told that was only for popsicles. I then pointed to a picture they showed online and asked them to make it for me. They instead encouraged me to choose something from their fridge, which who knows how long it had been sitting there. When I said I’d prefer the thing from the picture, they instead just made me the thing from the fridge, which wasn’t the flavor I wanted and tasted absolutely terrible. It cost over $9 for a medium for not what I asked for.

- Customer service is excellent & fast. All the staff is very attentive, and kind. The options of desserts & snacks are awesome. Amazing ice cream flavors / natural homemade drinks like agua de nuez / horchata / dragonfruit/ lime with pepino / etc.

The place is an absolute GEM. Has the best ice cream and corn cheese around!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Michoacana Ice Cream Shop is a gem! The ice cream is made right in the shop, and the flavors are a delightful adventure. Not to mention, they offer authentic snacks that perfectly complement the ice cream. The customer service is top-notch, making the visit even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning for more sweet treats.🍦🍫🍜

Their sandía drink was fantastic. And all kiddos loved the ice cream. Very cool place.
