Michoacana Shorewood

I visited today, and the staff was amazing. I had been there before, but there’s new personnel now. The flavor of their drinks is very good — I ordered a mango drink, and I would definitely come back.

Would not recommend this location. Service was slow and we were the only ones in the store when we walked in. No one greeted us upon entering. The woman who took our order didn’t seem in best of moods and appeared to be bothered by us coming in. Then another woman comes in from the back to help and was the same way she looked bothered to actually work. They seem like they didn’t want to be there and if that’s the case then maybe they shouldn’t work where they have to interact with customers. This has been the worst experience in this location and it comes down to the employees attitude. Also the food was not as usual. To the simplest item the corn in a cup tasted horrible.

I've always loved there Ice Cream since I was a Kid. Its better & more fresh then I had remember. Will be coming back.

Upon walking in it smelled nice and appeared clean. The woman who took our order didn’t seem in best of moods and had appeared to be bothered by us coming in. Daughter ordered Dubai strawberries. Strawberries were good but everything else in it was very watered down. Ordered 2 scoops of ice cream and was watery as well. Asked about nachos as they use a large bag of nacho chips and were held closed by a chip clip. Was told they were opened a week ago, so we passed. Will not be coming back based on experience here.

This michoacana is the best, the last time i went my experience was basic, but know i can tell the diference because of the change of administración and the improvement of the products and the service
