Mielimon Bakery

Wowwww sooo cool that this quality, unique bakery is down the street from my house!! I met Pao who has been a gourmet pastry chef for quite a while now. She creates the most unique, delicious desserts. I honestly wanted everything in the store but I had to have some self-control. 😂 I ended up getting an Oreo salted chocolate chip cookie as well as an apple cinnamon oatmeal cookie that I thought I was saving for my next morning coffee…but it was too perfect & had to take a few bites!! Excited to try more!

Mielimon made our wedding cake and cupcakes and everything came out absolutely stunning! The flavors were fantastic and I loved all the sweet details that brought my vision to life. Big thank you to Paola and the team at Mielimon!!!

This new bakery shop is the cutest! I got a few variety items and just tried the lemon streusel muffin it was so good. Def come here if you want good quality baked goods and service Paola is the best.

I am so very sad to have to give this place 3 stars. I know they can improve on this, so feedback is very important to new owners. I would still encourage others to try them out, this isn't a don't come here review. It's one to provide feedback so they can become better. I am super bummed that the food tasted stale. The refrigerated cake looked and tasted 4 days old, it was crumbling everywhere. My kids were flinging their cake all over the place, the ground was COVERED in the cake crumbs. My dessert was very unique, toasted marshmallow topped with a chocolate moose and toasted hazelnuts. The problem lied with it not tasting fresh, but what was really gross is that the nuts were rancid, which killed the good taste. This is a great little find. I went here because I heard about their gluten-free options. Picked up the best macaroon for my son who has a hard time with dary and gluten. They have cup cakes and many other items in the bakery. Stop by or use them for an event.
