The space delivers exactly what you’d expect: an older, classic bar atmosphere with a menu centered on familiar pub food. It feels like the kind of place longtime regulars might stop by after a game of pool for a drink and a bite. If that’s what you’re looking for, this may be a good fit! We ordered our burgers well done and anticipated a drier texture, which was totally fine. However, the lack of seasoning (& condiments) left the burgers tasting flat. I ordered a standard cheese burger with add-ons, but wonder if ordering one from the menu might've given me a better experience. Unfortunately, my husband’s side of beer cheese for his fries arrived cold. Our appetizer, the fried cauliflower bites, was the most enjoyable item we tried. Ate there last night. Large open area means that if many people are there oyr is loud. If you like quiet places or have a quiet company, don't go here. When we did talk, it was with raised voices to be heard.

We were walking around Downtown Kirkwood and realized we were starving. We didn't want to walk far and realized we were by Mike Duffy's. Our extended family raves about this place, but neither my Mom nor I had tried it. We decided to step in for lunch. The atmosphere was, typical sports bar, but definitely not dim and grungy. There was a large dining room and a spacious patio (unfortunately located facing a parking lot, but still, a nice patio). Our server, Josh, was phenomenal. Attentive and very funny. The food was surprisingly good. I got a regular Cheeseburger, which came with onions, lettuce, and tomato. My Mom went for the Bison Burger, and we both got fries on the side. Great spot! Nice atmosphere with live music and a really good patio. Plenty of parking too. Service was a little slow but not bad. Food was good, lots of bar food like burgers and sandwiches. The place is big, clean, and friendly. Happy hour deals are solid. I’ll definitely go back.

This was a disappointment. It was BOGO pizza night (Monday) so we ordered a deluxe and a meat lovers. The deluxe was on the menu as a specialty pizza but the meat lovers wasn't. We had to pay for the more expensive one and got the cheaper one for free. They charged me $34 plus tax and tip for the meat lovers!!! I decided to pay $55 for dinner including the drinks and tax and tip. When I got the check, I saw they charged me for using a credit card. I had already decided how much I was going to spend so the waitress ended up paying that credit card fee. If I want pizza, I will just go to Dewey's. Or I can get BBQ at a variety of places. I can go without Duffy's.
