This place has gone really down hill. Just wanted a roast beef with mayo and cheese and i get this weird monstrosity of a roast beef. Everyone at this place are too busy on their air pods and don’t pay attention, I’m all set.

Love this place. Always have, but tonight I had ordered something on DoorDash and called to try to change something. Manager gave me a free small cheese bc I wanted to change one to cheese only. I appreciate it so so much and am a customer for life. Thanks guys

This place used to be our go too, right down the road and very convenient. Recently the food quality has gone down hill, the pizza is soggy, salads have lettuce feta and shaved carrot, the bare minimum. They're charging 2.25 per topping for a small pizza. I ordered a small pizza with peppers, roni, and onions and it cost me 18 dollars! For soggy under cooked overly cheesed pizza. They've also changed the fries to a thin, tasteless, soggy alternative. This 100 percent will be my last time ordering at this place. Seemed as the food, price and customer service has all gone down hill. Save your money and go ANYWHERE else.

Had lunch here before heading out to the Salem Witch Museum. Daughter and I had their Meatball sub and both agreed it was delicious. My husband ordered the pepperoni calzone and he said it was okay. He felt it was a little greasy to his liking, but tasted good. My daughters boyfriend ordered their Hometown favorite pizza. He liked it, but the rest of us all agreed it was to sweet and not to our liking. We also ordered the garlic cheese sticks and they were delicious. The gentleman who took our order was friendly and attentive. Overall location was kept clean. Again We all agreed the meatball sub was the best.

Very disappointing experience. The staff’s attitude was unfriendly and dismissive, and my food came out burned. When I brought it to their attention, there was no apology or attempt to correct it. To make matters worse, the cashier made a point to prominently display the tip screen for a takeout order, despite the poor service and quality. It felt uncomfortable and inappropriate given the situation. I won’t be returning. I’d rather grab a Market Basket pizza than spend my money here again. There are far better options in the
