Milanos pizza

Clean local place in Henrietta. We had the lunch buffet and it was very nice spread. Several options and the salad bar is great! The veggies all tasted fresh and it was full! Great casual place to eat at, especially with family.

4/5 ⭐️👍 Mom and I tried Milano's Pizza out this evening. We were both very impressed with the cleanliness, service and food quality. We had salad bar, meat lovers pizza and veggie pizza. Total wait time was about 20 minutes. Nothing unreasonable at all 🤙 As most grand openings go, there's always a few kinks to work out. Cash only until credit card machine arrives and bottled drinks until fountain machine is up and running. No big deal, just come prepared 😀 We certainly will be back to try more options‼️

Purchased a large supreme pizza and cheesy bread around 8pm 6/27/25. Cheesy bread was amazing. The ingredients are great. Presentation was great, but my pizza was soggy from the bottom and my pizza box was soggy from the bottom. Either the pizza sauce was too juicy or the veggies were too wet. I told them no sausage add chicken on my supreme, but they put sausage, no chicken instead. Had air frying my pizza.

Ordered fries today. They were undercooked, soggy, and mushy. Called and asked if I could get new fries. Said well you already paid for them right? Went in with the said fries, was gonna wait for new fries. They told me they were out of fries so I just decided to leave The fries were mushy, I’ve had decent fries from there before. They didn’t want to fix their mistake Another time I went here I got a sandwich and asked for no sauce. (Mayo on a Philly???) There was sauce. Super easy I called them and they fixed it no problem Guess today was a different story
