Mile 20 at Mediterranean Breeze

Places order online, arrived to pickup order, order was ready. Young lady that greeted me when I entered the door was very nice polite and friendly. She offered more napkins and utensils for the meal. I had the pesto pasta dish and grilled chicken strips on the side. It was delicious! Highly recommend!

First off, when I was living in Herndon, I passed by this place a million times and never knew it was here cause it’s tucked away in the back of old town, but let me tell you this place is a hidden gem. Not much staff, but the bartender is super cool and the weekend deals are great as well as weekly specials. It’s small, but cozy with over 25 beers on tap and a really diverse food menu. You wouldn’t guess it but the Chili here is a “mom’s homemade beanless” style which is the absolute best I’ve ever had and didn’t even need sour cream! Would make the best topping for a chili dog! I just stopped in for a quick bite this time but I will be back to try more things on the menu because everything is VERY REASONABLY PRICED, which is huge with inflation these days. This place is great! We were a huge group that showed up with no notice. The staff was incredibly accommodating. Sat us a two large tables. Everyone in the group got served quickly and the food was very fresh. All of the dinners and pizzas were top notch and beer was super cold. I would definitely recommend this place and will return.

Our first visit. We live close by and had heard good things, but we hadn't been out much over the last year. It was a very warm spring day and a cold beer outside sounded perfect. We were impressed with the lineup, though too few non-IPA selections for us. I had the porter and my wife had a stout. Both were tasty. Plus, we ran into several friends though we missed at least one. The covered deck is comfortable for almost any weather, and the ground level tables add safe space for appropriate personal distancing. We'll be back to try some of the food choices next time. My guess is that'll be soon.

Great selection of beers on tap (I counted 24). Ordered a meat lovers calzone, and it was great. The bar tender was attentive, friendly and prompt. The inside of the bar is small, with only about 6 or 7 tables, but there is outside seating. I will definitely go back for food and beers again. And again 27 Mar 23.
