Milford Public Works Office

So on October 2nd, on my way home from my 2nd job, I drive through the center of Milford, as it the most direct root. While driving over the train tracks, to avoid the sharp drop on the right shoulder, I went over the double yellow line (which I have seen hundreds of people do, including officers of the law, and even giving cyclists their 3 feet we are forced to "operate left of center") and drove through wet paint that provided no warning or signage (which they are required to do) leaving a large amount of paint across my entire driverside including the wheel wells. It's said that, with time it wears off and that I can use regular household cleaners to remove it, which takes a lot of time and effort. Well. Guess spreading kindness is not a DPW value. Called the office a minute ago offering to being some coffee amd donuts as a mean of cheating them up for their hard work and a lady picked up the phone and in a rude tone says “No. We’re good.” hanging up on me not even waiting for have a nice day mam! This is unfortunate to have such an important town service provider have such a rude people answering phone calls from town taxpayers, unfortunate also for the other workers.
