MilkShake Factory South Fayette

Rowan and Jake are so great! We come in to this location because everyone is so nice. Rowan took the time to help with pick a milkshake that was not on the menu and it was spot on! That is not a small thing in this day and age. Jake is so sweet and helpful every time we come in and he always greets us with a huge smile. I can not say enough about how kind the employees are. Definitely should stop in and see them! :)

I always have a pleasant experience here! During my most recent visit, Alaina was very friendly and attentive throughout the whole process. She even recommended some great shakes and chocolate to try! The store was very clean and the staff was very efficient!

My favorite Milkshake Factory in the area!! Every time I am there all the employees are so friendly and attentive. Last time I was there I was greeted by this delightful young man named Matt. Nice big smile and very welcoming to me and my family. He was able to customize my milkshake as I wanted to remove an item from one of your gourmet shakes. Milkshake was made perfectly as ordered. Thanks to Matt and the rest of the Milkshake Factory employees!!

We always have an amazing experience at The Milkshake Factory! Nick and his brother Matt are fantastic — they always know exactly what to recommend, and their milkshake suggestions never disappoint. Their friendly service keeps us coming back!

Great fun and great tasting ice cream! Will be happy to go back again and wish they had more locations!!
