The store is awesome! The milkshakes and açaí are delicious and the employees are very attentive!!! I super recommend!!! 👏🏻👏🏻😋😋😋

I purchased a milkshake from your Location in Hyannis this Tuesday. I purchased the new Biscotti shake. I am not allergic to any of the ingredients. Within three sips I started having an allergic reaction resulting in my using my EpiPen and wound up in the hospital. I have already submitted a formal complaint and am awaiting a response

My son ordered the peanut butter bomb milkshake and has been vomiting all night and unstoppable diarrhea. This is so awful since there milkshakes taste amazing. My advice go to the store in person to check the cleanliness of the staff and machines.

I love this place! Usually I get açaí, but this time i got ice cream. They have the most amazing ice cream ever. The staff are wonderful, Karina the girl that helped me she was so nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone trying to have a nice afternoon with their kids and enjoy delicious food!

Absolutely disgusting place. 1st and only time going there. Never again! Went with my son ordered 2 milkshakes. As we were ordered an employee was yelling out mocca! Which is what I just ordered. But the one she was yelling out was a medium I ordered a small... So we were waiting for our drinks and the woman tried to pass me the one that had been sitting there unclaimed. She tried to get me to take it and I said that's not what I ordered. I don't want a milkshake that's been sitting there. She then proceeded to go back to the counter and poured the old one that was sitting there into a small cup and hand it to me. I was flipping furious and disgusted! I proceeded to tell her that was against regulation and that I will be notifying the board of health. So the girl that took our order said
