Milkshake Lovers

Milkshake Lovers is a quick service dessert shop inside of Natick Mall serving Acai and crafted milkshakes. The staff were friendly, though most of them were focused on making the drinks rather than greeting customers. Not an issue, it was quite busy so I understand. The menu is easy to read though the choices may overwhelm. We got the Kit-Kat shake, which was tasty. I didn't realize they blended in Kit-Kats into it, so was confused by the chunky bits but overall was pretty tasty and worth the price of the milkshake.

As an almost every-day customer of this place myself, I can confidently say that their stuff is good :)) but I have seen complaints with the increase of pricing, customer services, and the quality of their ice cream and shakes going downhill. I wanted to stop by again to see what was wrong, the prices did go up, but not a major issue. Customer service was medium-friendly when I walked in. But again, not a big deal. Paid, waited, and got my usual shake order. Then took a sip…. Not a problem in sight, or taste for that matter :)) absolutely amazing 👍 quality has rather gone up than down. The texture of their shakes are luscious and extra creamier than before, which earns this place extra points. I would definitely come back to this place, I can guarantee that once you’ll order what you want

Ridiculous place. Kids were waiting for two simplest milkshakes standing 20+ mins. And orders made only through one tablet where it seems takes forever for some people to click on all options. And fun part is milkshakes don’t taste delicious after that, even for a 2-year old 🤡

Pro point: don't forget your ferrero chocolate if u are ordering number 3, they might forget just remind them. My fav: number 3, with no granola, absolutely love it ❤️❤️ I can't get enough of the Nutella shake at Natick Mall! It has become a delightful tradition for me, and without fail, I make sure to indulge in it every time I visit. The rich, creamy goodness never disappoints, making it a must-have treat during my outings at the mall.

Expensive compared to other places but the milkshakes are decent for the price. They are thick and topped nicely. The coffee milkshake tasted like a cafe latte as opposed to coffee ice cream like many other places; it was more bitter and closer to actual coffee. The chocolate was about what i expected. Sizes are moderate but smaller than the other milkshake places I usually visit. Overall convenient for a stop during your shopping. I was stuck between 4 and 5 stars but it was on the pricey side.
