Millie's Mimosa House & Eatery

We had brunch today at Millie's Mimosa House in Babylon Village. Cute place with a beachy vibe. Great variety of mimosas, Bloody Marys and cocktails. Equally impressive menu with lots of interesting options. I had the duck confit eggs benedict, which were so good I didn't want to finish them, and my husband had the Stacy's Mom egg sandwich with smoked salmon and brie. Also really delicious. They were packed but didn't rush us at all and our waiter Rob was friendly and attentive. Really looking forward to going back.

My husband and I had a wonderful brunch at Millie's Mimosa House this afternoon. I really loved the simplicity and uniqueness of the space. They offer two levels for dining, and we chose upstairs. The tables were well-spaced, clean, and presented nicely. Our server, Taylor, provided excellent service. She was welcoming and attentive throughout our visit, answering questions and offering insight into the menu options. The food was delicious. I ordered the Crab Rangoon Omelette. It was light, well-seasoned, and the cream cheese and crab were evenly distributed throughout, making each bite enjoyable. And, the home fries that accompanied the omelette were cooked to perfection. I would absolutely order that entire dish again. As for my husband, he ordered the Onion Smash Burger with a scramble

We had a mixed but overall enjoyable experience at Millie’s. When we arrived, there was a sign at the entrance instructing guests to wait to be seated. We waited quite a while along with other customers before eventually going to the bar area to ask for assistance, where we were told we could sit at any of the bar tables. Customer service was friendly, and the restaurant was clearly busy and popular. The food was good and definitely worth the wait, even though both bar table orders were initially incorrect. Drinks were well made and enjoyable. One thing to note: if you’re seated at the bar tables near the front, there’s a strong cold draft coming in from the door, which made it pretty chilly. Everything was fantastic! The ambience, decor and natural light was beautiful. The service was extremely friendly, accommodating for our large party and on point. And the food(and drink) was delicious! I had the lemon meringue French toast and two mimosas. My husband had the Captain Corn & The Swine and was raving about it. The kids scarfed theirs down. The sausage (kielbasa) was so good- so much better than a regular breakfast sausage link you get elsewhere. Can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I had the best brunch experience here. Everything we ordered was incredible — the Dracula Mimosa, Cinnamon Hot Honey Latte, Captain Corn & the Swine, Chicken Cordon Bleu Scramble, and Onion Smash Burger were all delicious, but the Captain Corn & the Swine was a standout — so unique and full of flavor! Our waitress, Jessica, was wonderful — so sweet, professional, and patient, which made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere was beautiful: bright, airy, and full of natural light with such charming decor. An elevated brunch experience we’ll definitely be coming back for! Highly recommend this place — we can’t wait to come back!
