Ming Yao Restaurant

First of all, thank you for being open on Christmas Eve. Secondly, I just may have found my new go to Chinese restaurant. I usually judge Chinese restaurants on the egg drop soup…check…really good. We ordered four combos and all were really good. Egg rolls had a really good flavor as well. I will recommend to others.

We have been going here for a while and really enjoy the food. But the last couple of times we went to order online their website was down, so we called it in. Yesterday 12/27/2025 My husband was working out of town and decided to stop by in person to order a couple of items to go and the lady who was working got mad and told him he should have called it in. Well he was on the road out of town working, he stopped by to order in person and was in no rush and she got mad. This is not how you treat customers, who are spending their hard earned money in this economy. You have customers who eat in your establishment, are you mad because they order when they get there or is it just the take out orders? Sorry to interrupt your schedule, but maybe fix your website or just say you do not want peopl

Would not recommend. Would not order again. Had a good rating on Uber eats so gave it a try but was very disappointed. $88 seems too expensive and the food was mediocre. We barely touched it because we were So disappointed in the quality. Only good thing I can say is it was fast service.

My favorite GO TO pick up place for Chinese food 😋 I got shrimp fried rice with a bit of extra veggies in it. The most positive thing I can say is the rice is actually white fried rice and not the yellow rice. And the shrimp egg rolls are very good.

This restaurant was reviewed on a locals instagram account and I decided to try it out. I was pleasantly suprised and relieved to have found my new spot. I have been searching for a clean and good option here in town (for years) and I have finally found it. I definitely recommend this spot
